Vendor Opportunities for the Cuban Arts Marketplace
Friday June 11 and Saturday June 12
inside the main venue Crown and Anchor
Do you have Cuban art, music, books or other Cuba related merchandise that you
want to offer for sale?
Cuban arts and merchandise vendor tables will be set up inside the main venue.
Vendors will feature a variety of Cuban art, Cuba related books and music and other
merchandise.
NOTE: It is legal to import Cuban art into the United States and it is
legal to sell Cuban art in the United States. Please the legal opinion provided to our conference organizer
HERE.

- Note: Only Cuba related merchandise will be allowed.

Vendor Information and Logistics
Cuban Arts Marketplace has been moved to inside
main venue at Crown and Anchor, no MacMillan Pier tent.
Vendors and Exhibitors can set up in the main venue, Crown and Anchor, on Thursday
afternoon.
MacMillan Pier is literally the center of this international art, culture and travel destination, Provincetown.
The Pier has steady foot traffic all day.
Vendors can set up Saturday morning with an opening time of 10:00am. Closing time is 7:30pm since that
is the time of the last ferry out of Provincetown. Same applies for Sunday. You can drive your vehicle right
to the big tent at the end of MacMillan Pier for set up and break down. The easiest set up and break down
you've ever had!
There is Pier personnel in the area until midnight, no security midnight to 6am. You should plan to take
merchandise with you overnight.
We understand that 10:00am to 7:30pm makes for a long day but we hope that vendors will watch each others'
booths for a short time. We also plan to have a staffer on hand to watch your booth and/or run errands for you.
Public bathrooms, parking and food are all right at the entrance to MacMillan Pier.
We can rent any size tent so we should not have any size limitations but first to pay gets first choice on booth
placement. Vendors are responsible for their own sales. The conference organizer does not take any
percentage of any sale other than consigned auction items.

Don't have products to sell but want to promote your company, non-profit organization or individual
services or expertise? Set up as an Exhibitor in the main venue where sessions are held.
We will have exhibit tables inside the conference area for rent so you can
present informational materials and staff the table for attendee questions.

Exhibitor Information
There is limited area inside the conference venue for exhibit tables. There may be opportunities to hang
items behind the chair and table but please ask us if you need to hang items.
The exhibit tables are designed for information and not so much for vendor sales of merchandise. See the vendor
information above if you plan to sell merchandise. Ask us for details to determine which space is right for
you. If you do sell, exhibitors selling merchandise are responsible for their own sales. The host or venue does not
take any percentage of any sale other than auction items. There is wifi at the venue but no credit card
machine.
Exhibitors can set up Thursday evening and break down by Saturday at 6:00pm. Let us know if you need
to set up late or break down early.
The Exhibitor tables will be in the same room with seating, presenters and information tables featuring authors
signing books and other Exhibitors. GREAT set up to get out your information or promote your products or
services.

Exhibitor opportunities close Monday May 24, 2010. Memorial Day is Monday May 31, 2010. (Late
exhibitors MAY be accepted.)

Can't attend but want to have a presence at the Cuba Conference? - Half Table
Rental

Exhibitor package as described above (but no Full Conference Pass) but you can rent half
table (4') and we will layout your materials for you. Price is $150 for two days.
- Send us your brochures, sign up sheet, business cards, product samples and the like. That way you can
have a presence at the conference.

CubaCon is expected to be well attended by nearly 200 people with a serious interest in Cuba. Multiple Cuba
experts and Provincetown entities have agreed to promote CubaCon directly and indirectly to their members via

CubaCon Host Havana Journal Inc. will promote the conference via opt in email, press release(s), article(s) and
link(s) posted at HavanaJournal.com and in print marketing.
Vendors and Exhibitors will be enjoy numerous mentions via opt-in email, internet and/or print marketing
campaigns before the conference.
Vendors and Exhibitors will enjoy numerous mentions and signage viewing opportunities in multiple locations
during the conference. We also expect several news organizations to cover the conference.
Post conference, Sponsors will again enjoy a marketing presence in conference wrap-up emails to attendees, wrap
up article at HavanaJournal.com and of course a permanent presence on this website.
All vendors qualify for a complimentary Full Conference Pass.
